Total customer satisfaction is the policy at GirdleBound. We'll help you make the right selection in the right size. If we don't have it we'll tell you where to find it. Please contact us if you have any problem with your order and we'll cheerfully refund your money for your unworn garment if you are still not happy. Return unworn garments for refund or exchange. Cost of items fully refundable within 4 weeks of receipt of goods . No returns or exchanges after that time.

#Note: Custom dyed items are refundable less the cost of dyeing and a 25% restocking charge.  

A 50% restocking charge will be applied to the Cortland 3011, 3013, and 3014's.  Half of the restocking charge is waived if the return value is in store credit.

Send a message to girdlebound@girdlebound.com for approval of exchanges or refunds. No refunds for shipping and handling charges unless we have made a shipping error or you receive damaged or sub-standard goods. Panties and open packages of stockings are not returnable.
